If you would like to bring to the Chief's attention the performance of a member of the Lauderhill Police Department, you may do so by filling out the following form and clicking 'submit'. This is one way you can inform the Chief of Police of the work his staff is providing to the citizens and businesses of the City of Lauderhill. If your comment is a commendation, we thank you for taking the time to recognize good service. Should you have a complaint about the service of one of our personnel, rest assured that we thoroughly investigate allegations of misconduct by our members.  

Please complete as much of the form as possible, so that it is possible to identify the Department employee(s) to whom your message corresponds. You can put additional names in the comments section if necessary. If your comment is a complaint, you will be contacted for follow-up by a Department supervisor or manager.
